Salvador For Children

Every ride is funnier in the company of our little ones, isn't it? And Salvador isn’t far behind in the options of activities: the city is a wonderful place to go out with children, and offers unique experiences for the whole family! We at Hotel Fiesta have prepared a list of awesome spots to fill a fun day in the city and further increase everyone's passion for it! Parque dos Ventos

As the name implies, our first tip is to take your little ones to an open park full of activities to entertain them! With a huge area to enjoy, the place has a multitude of attractions, such as an amusement park full of toys, skateboards, a huge bridge and even climbing and parkour areas for more adventurous children! It's the perfect place to ride a bike, rollerblade, or simply jog a little and waste some energy!

Big Jump

For rainy days, one of the best options is to visit the Big Jump, which besides entertaining the whole family guarantees an unforgettable experience for the little ones! The establishment consists on a huge and very colorful lounge full of trampolines, obstacle courses, foam blocks and more, providing unique fun! However, here is a reminder: an hour in the park costs R$ 44.00 from Monday to Thursday, and R$ 54.00 on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, per person. In addition, each one should take ten reais to buy the non-slip socks, without which it will not be possible to play on the spot!

Parque da Cidade

Here, it doesn't matter how old are you or what’s your favorite activity: the city park entertains everyone, with attractions that go from playgrounds with lots of toys, huge skate parks and wonderful trails through the trees to huge open fields, perfect for a delicious picnic! There are also several flat spaces there, where many children learn how to skate, rollerblade or bike, and even reading and meditation squares, decorated especially for those who want to be in a quieter place!

Palacete das Artes

Also called Rodin Bahia Museum, the Palacete das Artes is a museum that houses, in addition to several works of art, countless fun activities for children! The place is stage for the launching of several children's books, dancing balls, creative workshops on painting, ceramics and even yoga, along with wonderful storytelling! Undoubtedly a very different and fun tour for the whole family!

Parque Zoobotânico Salvador

It is a rule that every child loves seeing animals, right? Looking forward to that, Salvador has a perfect solution: the Zoobotanical Park! At the Zoo, children get to meet several pets, and even visit the place’s library and the Natural History Museum! Oh! Most animals are outdoors, so it’s worth applying some sunscreen before going to see them, alright? Thus, the family can enjoy an unique afternoon in the park! It is undoubtedly an incredible visit, and a very interesting one!

Dique do Tororó

Dique do Tororó is an immense natural spring in Salvador, where children can have fun in an unique way: on a pedal boat ride! Open on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the pedal boat is available for R$ 4.00 for two people, and R$ 5.00 for trios. Dressed in life jackets, visitors can enjoy thirty minutes of water fun pedaling together! In addition, they’re able to fish (there are fishing rods for sale on the spot) and stroll around there, observing the natural and artistic beauty that the place holds!

Praça Ana Lúcia Magalhães

The Ana Lúcia Magalhães Square, besides having an excellent location (so close to Fiesta that you can easily walk there!), offers huge open spaces to run, play and even have picnics! The place is filled with trees, and even has some instruments for exercising. It is certainly a wonderful visit, especially at Christmas, when the place is full of the most beautiful festive decorations!

Hotel Fiesta

Finally, we have the most practical option for our guests: a fun day inside our hotel! It is no news that children love Fiesta’s attractions, which includes a swimming pool, playground and games room! Just take the elevator down and get ready to have some wonderful family moments!
