Terms and conditions

Daily rates include buffet breakfast served in the Restaurant from 6:00 am to 10:00 am;

  • We do not charge Service Fee or ISS;
  • Check-in from 3pm and check-out at 11am;
  • For early check-in from 7:00 am, an additional fee will be charged, if there are rooms available at that time;
  • For late check-out until 6:00 pm, an extra fee will be charged depending on our availability (check this fee with reception), after 6:00 pm, a full day's charge will be charged;
  • NET tariff, non-commissioned;
  • Parking - R$25.00 per day and per vehicle per guest (subject to adjustment);
  • Free cancellation and/or modification at least 24 hours before the check-in date (except New Year's Eve and Carnival periods). If cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in, 1 night's stay will be charged;
  • Deluxe rooms have two standard-size double beds. Some Executive rooms have two standard-size double beds and others have one queen-size bed (check with reception for availability). Deluxe suites have two standard-size double beds, while Executive suites have one king-size bed;
  • Confirmation of apartment number only at check-in;
  • According to Law No. 12038 Accommodation of Minors, the person responsible must present the following documents: Birth certificate or identity card of the minor; For minors unaccompanied by their parents, the following documents must be presented: Authorization from parents or guardians registered at a notary's office and birth certificate or identity card of the minor;
  • The room has 02 (two) double beds and we can add 01 (one) third single bed if guests wish;
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel;
  • Smoking is not permitted in any area of the hotel, whether inside the apartment, balcony, corridors, or any other area;
  • Our rates are floating and may be changed without prior notice.
